THE CLIMATE
Thailand has a tropical climate and as such is generally felt to be hot all year round. However there are three seasons with a designated hot period from March to May followed by the rainy season starting in May through to October. The months November to February coincide with the peak tourist season as temperatures are generally cooler with clear blue skies.

THE REGION
Pattaya is now a leading international tourist destination. Forget the seedy image of decades ago Pattaya has transformed and caters for tourists and family entertainment with the coastal region providing more family amusement and recreation also. Pattaya still has a vibrant and exciting night life with top class restaurants and service that only the Thai people can deliver. That is why Thailand is known as the land of smiles.

THE ACTIVITIES
You can enjoy a variety of fun activities that begin with horse-riding, elephants, thai-boxing, swimming, water-skis and go-karts. Other sports include  golf, tennis, health clubs, aerobics, windsurfing, flying and scuba diving.

THE ENTERTAINMENT
There is a variety of entertainment to choose from. Underwater World, Mini Siam, Nongnuch Gardens, Sanctuary of Truth, Thai Alangkran, Three Kingdoms Theme Park, Ripleys Believe It or Not, Sriracha Tiger Zoo, Khao Kheow Open Zoo and much more.

THE SHOPPING
There is a wide choice of shopping available with Royal Garden Centre, Central Festival Centre, Mike Shopping mall plus Carrefour, Tesco, Big C, Foodland and many others. Just opened is the new Major Cineplex with several other shopping centres opening over the next 18 months.
