House Design
To ensure compatibility within a theme, the 18 planned developments are to be based on three conceptual house designs to suit plot location and aspect. The concept is based on country life, where you will enjoy the fresh breeze and out door lifestyle in your landscaped plots. The designs are modern whilst retaining traditional Thai character and craftsmanship. The build quality and materials used are of the highest quality. Land Area
Each plot has a minimum one rai (1600 sq.m) of land with corner plots approximately two rai. All have own their own waterfront. Most other developments have little land and are located in crowded Moo Baans (estates) most with no views. We believe we offer the best location, quality and price any where in Thailand. The landscape design specifically caters for large gardens and outdoor terraced areas.
